Harlyn takes the Cornish coast as its starting point but pushes the colour well beyond straightforward description. Red, rust, turquoise, cream and near-black move through both sea and sky, leaving the horizon as the main element holding the image together. 

Reflections extend the colour vertically into the water. Produced as a very small limited edition, the work sits between recognisable seascape and a more freely constructed image.
